Nua is a digital-first, omnichannel brand transforming women’s wellness in India. We launched in 2018 with a simple mission: make a pad that combines superior comfort, quality, and absorption, so women no longer have to settle for period care that provides one without the others. The result? Our Complete Comfort Pad, co-created with hundreds of women who had never before had a say in their period care.
We now care for the full period experience and beyond, innovating around the daily big and small, obvious and hidden frictions women face. Key Responsibilities
The Brand Activations Lead will own the planning and execution of high-impact Digital and On-ground activation programs that form a critical part of the Annual Marketing Strategy.
This role is responsible for delivering scaled programs with executional discipline, cost efficiency, and measurable business impact across funnel stages.
1. Activation Strategy & Planning
● Lead the annual and quarterly activation roadmap aligned to brand and business objectives.
● Translate category priorities into structured activation programs across consumer segments and product categories.
● Define clear objectives for each program across awareness, consideration, engagement, and traffic.
2. On-ground Activations
● Own end-to-end execution of large-scale programs such as: School Program for the Teens segment and Gynecologist Program for the Maternity segment
● Drive program design, partner identification, training modules, collateral development, and field execution.
● Ensure consistency in messaging, brand representation, and consumer experience across locations.
● Build measurement frameworks to track reach, engagement quality, and brand/business impact.
3. Digital Activations & Influencer Marketing
● Lead monthly influencer marketing campaigns across objectives: i.) Reach and awareness amplification ii.) Consideration and landing page traffic
● Own campaign planning, influencer identification, brief development, content alignment, performance tracking, and ROI evaluation.
● Drive efficiency in reach, engagement metrics, and traffic quality.
● Continuously optimize creator mix, formats, and messaging based on performance data.
4. Measurement & Impact Tracking
● Define KPIs for each activation aligned to business outcomes.
● Track metrics such as reach, engagement rates, traffic quality, CAC impact, assisted conversions, and brand lift indicators.
● Build structured post-campaign reviews with clear learnings and actionables.
● Ensure activations are not vanity-led but outcome-driven.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with Category, Content, D2C, and Revenue teams to ensure activation efforts feed into broader business goals.
● Ensure seamless integration between communication strategy and campaign execution.
What we look for
● 6–8 years of experience in brand activations, experiential marketing, influencer marketing, or integrated campaign execution.
● Demonstrated hands-on experience in executing scaled on-ground programs and digital creator-led campaigns.
● Strong understanding of performance metrics across upper and mid-funnel objectives.
● Ability to balance creativity with operational rigor.
● Strong vendor management and negotiation capability.
● Data-oriented mindset with the ability to link activation metrics to business outcomes.
● High ownership, execution intensity, and comfort operating in a fast-growing environment.
