Landmark : Sunik Industries Documents to Carry: - Please carry 2 set of updated CV(Hard Copy). - Please carry Face Mask**. - Mandatory to carry PAN Card or Passport /Aadhaar card for Identity proof. NOTE: - Candidates Needs to bring Pan card without fail for Assessment. - Talents should have graduation completion certificate and mark sheets for onboarding Interview Information: - Interview Date: 6th & 7th & 9th May 2026 (Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday). - Reporting Time: 09:30 AM till 11:00 AM - Round 1 - Aptitude Assessment (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM) - Round 2 - Ops Screening Face to Face interview (12:30 PM to 04:00 PM) - Note - Post 11:30 AM (entry not allowed) Job Description: - Job Location: Bangalore - Qualification: Any Graduates - Shifts: 24*5 Flexible / Night shifts - Experience: 1 to 3 Years - Designation: Senior process Executive - Notice Period: Immediate joiners or 15 days NP Purpose/Essence of the role: Act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders; ensures process compliances, resolution of escalations; track and report project status regularly; contribute to process improvements with the objective to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of the company Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the below-mentioned role / role designation: Role: Senior Process Executive / Process Specialist ( JL 2 and JL 3) - Order management experience can review contracts and agreements and deal management - Analyze and Eye for detail in the document which needs to be update on the system - Email draft and handling - End to End Order Management knowledge - 24*5 WFO (including Sat and Sunday based on business requirement) - Month end and Quarter end need to work on Weekend Skills: - Experienced in working with international outsourcing companies and global clients. - Strong communication skills ( Written & Verbal) with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively. - Hands-on experience in agreement setup and contract management processes. - Problem Solving techniques - Analytical skills - Managing customer escalation with experience of performing RCA and CAPA - MS Office proficiency NOTE: Kindly have a working cellphone with Microphone & Camera Access.
