Job Responsibilities

• 1. ROC Compliances – all secretarial compliances including preparation of board minutes.
• 2. Maintenance of statutory registers under Companies Act, 2013 and online ROC fillings as required time to time for all group companies.
• 3. Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
• 4. Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
• 5. Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
• 6. Plan and share the monthly report to reporting manager.
• 7. Review the daily, hourly, weekly and monthly report.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3+ years proven post qualification experience with Compliance Handling exposure.
• Strong exposure in Compliance and Statutory with good communication skills.
