Factory Medical Officer

Responsibilities

As a Field Medical Officer at Adani's Thermal Power Plant in Korba, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing medical care and treatment to employees in case of injury or illness
• Conducting regular health check-ups and screenings to ensure employee well-being
• Managing medical emergencies and coordinating with external healthcare providers when necessary
• Developing and implementing health and safety programs to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses
• Collaborating with HR and Safety departments to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Participating in incident investigations and providing medical expertise in risk assessments
• Training employees on first aid, safety protocols, and health awareness
• Maintaining medical records and reports in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  
  

Qualifications

Education Qualification-MBBS+AFIH Experience-8-13 years of experience in the Metal, Power and Manufacturing, and Health Care industries.
