Job Title: SAP DRC-Senior

Job Summary: The SAP DRC-Senior plays a critical role in driving the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions. This position ensures that complex business requirements are met with effective SAP DRC configurations, supporting organizational compliance and process efficiency. As a senior team member, you will leverage your deep expertise to deliver high-impact solutions, guide junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP DRC integration and operation.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced SAP DRC knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP DRC solutions to meet evolving business and regulatory needs. - Analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient SAP DRC configurations and customizations. - Provide expert guidance on SAP DRC functionality, best practices, and system enhancements. - Collaborate with SAP project teams, business stakeholders, and IT partners to ensure successful end-to-end DRC implementation. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP DRC issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Mentor and support junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting knowledge transfer. - Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements through effective DRC solution management. - Stay updated on the latest SAP DRC releases, features, and industry trends to recommend relevant improvements. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for system changes, workflows, and compliance processes.
