Implementation of New Standards / Customer Requirements for two-wheeler helmets. Regulatory Compliance – Plant License, BIS / ECE Liaising. ·Factory inspections. · Sample submissions. · Closure of observations. · Compliance reporting. · Surveillance audit. Regular and New Product Development testing & Support Product Certification & Compliance with Internal Compliance Audits – New & Existing Models · Conduct periodic compliance verification. · Ensure ongoing conformity to BIS requirements. Calibration & Test Equipment Management. Documentation & Record Management Maintain: Test registers. Sample registers. Calibration records. Audit reports. BIS correspondence. Certification records.
