About the Role
We’re looking for a HR & Operations Associate who can support both people operations and day-to-day business operations in a structured, fast-moving remote environment.
This role goes beyond traditional HR support. You will:
- support hiring and onboarding
- maintain operational structure and reporting
- track performance and identify gaps
- follow up with managers and ensure accountability
You will work closely with global teams, so strong communication, organization, and ownership are critical.
What You’ll Own
🔹 Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end hiring coordination (posting → onboarding)
- Source candidates via , job boards, and referrals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and feedback loops
- Maintain clean and updated candidate pipelines
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation completion
🔹 HR & People Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Track onboarding progress and ensure completion
- Support employee queries and basic HR processes
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee data
- Assist with policy communication and compliance
🔹 Operations & Performance Tracking
- Maintain trackers for:
- hiring pipeline
- onboarding status
- employee performance flags
- Monitor reports and identify:
- missing updates
- delays in hiring or onboarding
- performance inconsistencies
- Flag issues early and follow up with relevant stakeholders
🔹 Process & Execution
- Ensure processes are followed consistently across teams
- Identify inefficiencies or gaps in workflows
- Suggest simple improvements to make processes faster and cleaner
- Maintain organized documentation and trackers
🔹 Stakeholder Coordination & Accountability
- Follow up with managers on:
- hiring feedback delays
- performance issues
- missing reports or updates
- Communicate clearly and professionally with global stakeholders
- Escalate issues when needed
- Help maintain structure and accountability across teams
KPIs:
- Hiring Speed & Quality (Time to Fill)
- Company-Wide People & Performance Operations Effectiveness
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or People Ops role in a startup or fast-paced ‘remote’ company
- Fluent in English with native-level written and spoken communication
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — nothing slips through the cracks
- High EQ — able to support people with empathy, discretion, and professionalism
- Comfortable working in remote-first, tech-driven environments
Preferred
- Prior experience in SaaS
- Familiarity with tools like Recruiter, Notion, Google Workspace
- Experience managing international contractors or remote teams
