Job description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers You will be responsible for resolving queries ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a seamless support experience through various communication channels Key Responsibilities 1 Respond to customer queries via chat email and calls in a timely and professional manner 2 Identify customer needs and assist them with accurate information 3 Escalate complex issues to the relevant team and follow up for timely resolution 4 Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions 5 Meet individual and team KPIs e g response time resolution rate 6 Stay updated with product knowledge to provide accurate solutions Requirements 1 Bachelor s degree in any discipline 2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 3 Excellent computer and typing skills 4 Positive attitude patience and a customer-centric approach 5 Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends if required Preferred Not Mandatory 1 Internship or any prior experience in a customer-facing role 2 Knowledge of CRM tools like Freshdesk Zendesk etc What We Offer 1 On-the-job training and learning opportunities 2 A supportive and energetic work environment 3 Scope for growth within the organization ref updazz com
