MONIN India is looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our marketplace presence and owned e-commerce platforms. This role plays a critical part in driving online sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and strengthening MONIN’s digital footprint in India.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Marketplace Operations
• Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, including PO fulfilment and customer service.
• Manage product listings across marketplaces, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain IN/OUT stock reports and records of Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
2. Owned Website & E-Commerce Strategy
• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy for MONIN India’s owned website.
• Manage SEO initiatives to drive traffic and conversions.
• Support the development of the annual promotions and commercial calendar.
• Create and manage website editorial and product content.
• Coordinate with E-commerce partners on e-commerce operations.
• Liaise with MONIN France HQ on website enhancements and developments.
3. Website Management
• Maintain and regularly update the MONIN India e-commerce website.
• Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for SEO.• Manage website product listings, pricing, visuals, and availability.
• Handle website queries and ensure prompt and effective customer responses.
4. Sales & Performance Monitoring
• Track and analyse website traffic, sales performance, and customer behaviour.
• Prepare MIS and performance reports on key metrics such as:
o Conversion rates
o Average Order Value (AOV)
o Sales traffic
o New customer acquisition
5. Inventory & Order Management
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure optimal product availability.
• Manage end-to-end order processing, from order placement to delivery.
• Work closely with fulfilment partners to ensure timely delivery and SLA adherence.
6. Competition & Market Analysis
• Maintain a pricing tracker to monitor competitive pricing.
• Regularly track competitor activities including pricing, cataloguing, advertisements, keyword
optimization, and product listings.
• Prepare reports to ensure MONIN stays competitive and visible across platforms.
Ideal Background & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce business models.
• Well-versed with online marketplaces and e-shop operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Familiarity with MIS reporting preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
