Job description Company Description Kay Bouvet Engineering Ltd is a prominent Heavy Engineering company specializing in developing and manufacturing components for the Sugar Nuclear Defence and Space industries Equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and internationally certified for high-quality engineering the company is among the few in India qualified to manufacture all nuclear island components Kay Bouvet has achieved significant milestones including building turnkey Sugar plants across countries collaborating with leading nuclear power plants and contributing to projects for DRDO and ISRO Dedicated to innovation and advancement the company seeks talented individuals to join its team of passionate professionals offering continuous learning opportunities and exposure to global standards Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Satara for a Welding Engineer The responsibilities include overseeing welding processes such as Tig Mig and SMAW welding managing quality control procedures and ensuring adherence to welding standards and safety protocols The Welding Engineer will conduct welding inspections focus on material properties related to metallurgy and work closely with the manufacturing team to optimize processes and meet project specifications Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-precision projects and achieve company objectives is also a key component of this role Qualifications Proficiency in Tig Mig and SMAW Welding techniques 1-5 Year Experience in Welding Inspection and a strong understanding of Quality Control procedures Knowledge of Metallurgy and its application to welding and material performance Problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize welding processes Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in team environments Relevant certifications in welding and quality standards are desirable Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering AWS CSWIP-3 1 IWE IWT Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
