Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities o Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling networking referrals email campaigns and social media o Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and present tailored product service solutions o Conduct product demonstrations presentations and negotiations to close sales deals o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities o Meet or exceed monthly quarterly sales targets and KPIs o Prepare and submit regular sales reports forecasts and pipeline updates to management o Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and product knowledge o Collaborate with marketing customer support and other teams to improve sales processes o Handle customer objections professionally and provide after-sales support as needed Requirements o Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates o 0-3 years of proven sales experience freshers with strong communication skills may apply o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi additional local languages a plus o Strong negotiation persuasion and closing skills o Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently o Proficiency in MS Office Excel PowerPoint and CRM tools e g Zoho Salesforce - training provided if needed o Willingness to travel within the region if field territory sales o Positive attitude resilience under pressure and a passion for achieving results What We Offer o Uncapped earning potential through base salary high commission incentives o Comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed o Fast-track career growth into senior sales or team lead roles o Collaborative and energetic team environment o Recognition and rewards for top performers Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay From 12 500 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
