Senior Product Manager: Albertsons Companies is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Omni Partner Setup Platform—a foundational enterprise catalog system of record serving suppliers, merchants, buyers, and cross-functional teams across stores, e-com, 3rd party partners, supply chain, retail, and finance. This platform is central to Partner lifecycle management and we’re looking for a product leader who is passionate about transforming Partner introduction and setup through cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI. Roles & Responsibilities: Experience Required / Skills Required: - Define, Prioritize and own the product roadmap for the Omni Partner Setup Platform, aligning with enterprise-wide goals and stakeholder needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, data, and business units to deliver seamless Partner setup experiences for suppliers, merchants, and buyers. - Translate complex business requirements into clear product features and user stories, ensuring alignment with e-com, stores, supply chain, retail, and finance workflows. - Champion the use of Generative AI to reimagine and simplify Partner setup workflows, improve data quality, and enhance user experience. - Drive platform scalability, data integrity, and automation across Partner onboarding and maintenance processes. - Partner with internal teams to ensure robust attribute mapping, governance, and compliance across systems. - Conduct user research, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements. - Define and track product success metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and business impact. - Support change management and rollout strategies for new capabilities across global teams. - 8 to 10 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise platforms, master data management, supply chain, or retail systems. - 3 to 5 years of experience in Retail and change management with some relevant experience in Partner or Vendor management e.G. seller central, merchant portal, vendor portal etc. - 3 to 5 years in Product Management. - Proven experience in building and scaling internal tools or platforms with complex stakeholder ecosystems. - Good understanding of Partner lifecycle management, data governance, and enterprise system integrations. - Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional global teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels. - Must have: A strong sense of curiosity and a drive to explore emerging technologies and innovative solutions. - Growth Mindset, Product Mindset. - Customer insight – Data fluency, Voice of customer, working with UX. - Product Strategy – Outcomes orientation, Product Vision & Road mapping. - Product Execution – Feature Specs, High quality global agile delivery with own Engineering team at a product or retail company, not systems integration work for an existing product such as Magento, SAP or Salesforce. - Influencing People – Change Management, Cross functional partnerships for Discovery, UAT & Adoption. - Retail Experience. - Functional Experience – Partner or Vendor Management or Merchant Portal. - AI PM – for personal productivity across PM lifecycle and product builds. - Top Tier Undergrad or MBA.
