Application Support – Digital Channels Team

Provide Production Application Support and Maintenance for IDBI Bank’s Digital Channels ecosystem across Omni Channel platforms. Ensure seamless functioning, stability, and high availability of retail digital banking applications across multiple customer touchpoints including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Payments platforms. Collaborate closely with Business, IT, Infrastructure, and Vendor teams for issue resolution, deployment activities, and enhancement rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Omni Channel Production Applications for Digital Banking services.
• Troubleshoot retail customer issues and provide timely resolutions for DBD (Digital Banking Department) and ITD (Information Technology Department) teams.
• Participate in DC-DR (Data Center – Disaster Recovery) drill activities to ensure business continuity and operational readiness.
• Handle Production Application Patch Deployments and monitor post-deployment stability and performance.
• Provide technical support for integration and maintenance of digital banking features such as Bill Payments, eNACH, NEFT, IMPS, Credit Card Payments, and other banking enhancements as required by IDBI Bank.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and faster issue resolution.
• Monitor production applications proactively and ensure minimal downtime.
• Prepare and maintain support documentation, SOPs, RCA reports, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
• Work in rotational shifts and provide support during critical releases or production incidents whenever required.
