management and future identity innovation As a Senior Manager Product Management you will own the strategy roadmap and execution for Visa s Identity Graph You will drive cross-functional alignment guide global teams and influence executive stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that directly impact Visa s growth client trust and competitive advantage You will be responsible for translating Visa s data assets into high-value market-leading identity products while ensuring regulatory alignment operational excellence and commercial success This role goes beyond product execution it requires thought leadership in identity and fraud strong stakeholder influence across all levels of the organization and the ability to represent Visa in external forums to shape industry standards You will also play a critical role in defining the business case revenue impact and go-to-market strategy ensuring Identity Graph becomes a foundational capability across Visa s ecosystem This is a hybrid position Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager Responsibilities Lead and Inspire Teams Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and product contributors to drive exploration of internal and external data for Visa s Identity Graph Foster a culture of innovation accountability and continuous learning across global teams Drive Product Strategy Data Exploration Define and execute data exploration strategies that inform and shape long-term product requirements Translate analytical insights into actionable strategies to maximize Identity Graph s value across multiple fraud risk and identity use cases Establish and monitor a comprehensive set of product health and success metrics to guide decision-making Analytical Strategic Thinking Lead advanced simulations and modeling to quantify the impact of Identity Graph on ecosystem-wide outcomes e g fraud reduction authorization improvements Influence key product and business decisions through data-driven analyses and forecasting Stakeholder Management Collaboration Partner with stakeholders across geographies Visa product teams and functions engineering design legal compliance sales to define requirements prioritize features and align on delivery Act as a key decision-maker balancing technical feasibility regulatory requirements and business impact Technology Development Integration Oversee and coordinate development integration and scaling of technology solutions with Visa s internal engineering teams and external vendors Ensure that product delivery meets performance scalability and compliance standards Business Growth Market Engagement Provide subject matter expertise to support internal stakeholders clients and partner sales efforts Collaborate with fellow senior product managers to build compelling business cases and revenue forecasts Stay ahead of the industry landscape competitor offerings and regulatory frameworks to guide product differentiation and compliance Industry Leadership Represent Visa in relevant industry forums standards groups and regulatory discussions shaping best practices in identity and fraud management This is a hybrid position Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager Qualifications 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor s Degree or at least 4 years of work experience with an Advanced degree e g Masters MBA JD MD Leadership Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of product managers and product analysts fostering a collaborative and high- performance work environment with the ability to align team goals with organizational objectives Agile Methodology Strong understanding and implementation of Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies Experience with Graph databases and graph algorithms Coding and Technical Skills Proficient in writing testing and maintaining high- quality code Data Science and API Development Understand data preprocessing feature engineering and handling large-scale datasets Know the basics of real-time AI applications and designing RESTful APIs AI Compliance Guardrails Understand AI compliance frameworks and best practices for ethical AI usage Be familiar with implementing guardrails to ensure responsible AI deployment Project Management Experience leading complex projects from inception to completion with demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement across projects with a development team experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment Communications Skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Innovation A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI Critical Thinking Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for making data-driven decisions 5 or more years of work experience as a people leader managing product teams Hands-on experience in programming languages and software development deployment release management
