Account Manager

Role Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including receivables payables and general ledger Oversee customer billing loan accounts interest calculations and account reconciliations Handle statutory compliances including GST TDS Income Tax PF ESI and regulatory filings Prepare monthly MIS reports budgets financial statements and variance analysis Monitor cash flow fund utilization expenses and ensure effective cost control Coordinate with auditors banks statutory authorities and financial consultants Ensure accurate accounting of loan disbursements collections foreclosures and NPA tracking Supervise the accounts team and ensure proper documentation and internal controls Ensure compliance with company policies RBI guidelines and financial regulations Qualifications CA Inter preferred M Com B Com from a recognized university Additional certifications in Finance Accounting or Taxation will be an advantage Experience 3-7 years of relevant experience in a Finance Company NBFC Banking sector Hands-on experience in statutory compliances and financial reporting Preferred Candidate Profile Male candidates preferred Candidates residing in and around Trichy Dindigul will be given preference Working location Vaiyampatty Manapparai Strong analytical leadership and coordination skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 24 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Food provided Health insurance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
