Divyasree Developers Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore.
Senior Individual Contributor· Reporting directly to CEO – Commercial Real Estate
Location Bangalore (Office-First)
Experience 6–10 Years
Scope Professional + Personal
About the Organisation
Divyasree Developers is one of South India's most respected commercial real estate developers, with a portfolio spanning premium Grade-A office assets across Bangalore and Hyderabad. The CEO – CRE also serves as Pro Chancellor of REVA University, one of Bangalore's leading private universities, making this a uniquely multi-dimensional leadership office.
About the Role
This is a high-trust, high-discretion role that sits at the centre of the CEO's professional and personal universe. The Executive Assistant will serve as the CEO's primary operational partner — ensuring that his time, information, and energy are deployed at maximum impact across a complex, fast-moving portfolio.
The right person will combine the polish of a seasoned EA, the commercial awareness of a real estate professional, and the agility to manage personal logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Time Management
- Own and manage the CEO's end-to-end calendar across CRE, REVA University, and personal commitments — prioritising ruthlessly and protecting deep-work time - Coordinate complex multi-party scheduling with internal leadership, external stakeholders, brokers, tenants, and institutional partners - Plan and execute all domestic and international travel — flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, and itineraries - Anticipate scheduling conflicts before they arise and resolve proactively
Meeting Preparation & Follow-Through
- Prepare crisp pre-read briefs, context notes, and agenda packs for every significant meeting - Attend key internal reviews and capture accurate, action-oriented minutes of meetings (MoMs) - Own the post-meeting follow-up loop — tracking commitments, chasing deliverables, and escalating stalled items to the CEO's attention - Maintain a live action-item tracker across projects and flag delays proactively.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Act as the first point of contact for internal teams, external stakeholders, consultants, and vendors approaching the CEO's office - Draft, review, and send professional correspondence — emails, letters, WhatsApp messages — in the CEO's voice - Manage relationships with key contacts - Screen and triage inbound communication, surfacing what requires the CEO's attention and resolving what does not
Personal & Family Coordination
- Coordinate personal appointments, family scheduling, and household logistics with complete discretion - Manage personal travel planning, including leisure trips and special occasions - Liaise with personal service providers, vendors, and institutional contacts on personal matters as required - Maintain total separation and confidentiality between professional and personal information streams
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
- 6–10 years as an Executive Assistant or Senior EA, ideally supporting a CXO, MD, or Founder - Prior exposure to real estate, infrastructure, financial services, or professional services firms strongly preferred - Experience managing a dual scope (professional + personal) for a senior leader
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional written English — capable of drafting polished correspondence, sharp MoMs, and executive summaries independently - Tech-savvy: comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs), and task/project management platforms - Commercially aware — understands basic real estate, financial, and business concepts without needing them explained each time - Discretion as a default — handles confidential personal and business information with absolute integrity - Operationally sharp — builds systems, creates checklists, follows up without being asked, and closes loops - Composed under pressure — the CEO's world moves fast; this person needs to match that pace without drama
Personality Fit
- Proactive, not reactive — anticipates needs before they are voiced - Direct communicator — able to push back when needed, flag issues early, and communicate status without prompting - Relationship-oriented — warm with people, trusted by the inner circle
Working Style & Expectations
- Based in Bangalore, working primarily from the Divyasree corporate office - Standard hours: Monday to Saturday, approximately 9 AM – 7 PM - Flexible availability for urgent matters outside standard hours — this is a high-trust, high-access role - Travel will be required occasionally, both domestic and international, aligned with the CEO's schedule
