As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire a creative, driven, and detail-oriented individual who understands how to build a brand through content — and is equally excited by the performance side of marketing.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of content, performance marketing, and brand building.
At Khenshu, marketing is not just about visibility — it is about creating desire, shaping perception, and attracting the right audience.
We are looking for someone who has a strong instinct for content and aesthetics, and is keen to learn how that translates into measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
Content & Social Media (Primary Focus)
• Conceptualize and create high-quality content (reels, posts, storytelling)
• Manage and grow Khenshu’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Facebook
• Design creatives for launches, campaigns, and brand moments
• Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform algorithms
• Ensure all content aligns with a refined, luxury visual language
Performance Marketing (Secondary, but Important)
• Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns (Meta/Instagram)
• Track and understand key metrics (CPL, conversions, ROI)
• Continuously learn and contribute to improving campaign performance
• Work closely with the team to translate content into high-performing ads
PR & Brand Exposure (You’ll Be Trained)
• Support outreach to media, editors, and collaborators
• Assist in building brand partnerships and collaborations
• Coordinate guests and features for Khenshu’s podcast and media presence
(This will be guided closely by the founder)
Who This Is For
• Someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, design, and storytelling
• Has experience creating content (Instagram, reels, visual storytelling, etc.)
• Understands what works digitally — and is curious about why
• Comfortable working across creative and analytical thinking
• Deep interest in luxury, design, culture, and visual storytelling
• Highly proactive — you don’t wait for briefs, you create direction
