As we scale our impact, we’re looking for someone who can help us build the right partnerships and unlock resources to take this work further.
We’re hiring a CSR & Fundraising Lead who understands both the heart of social impact and the strategy behind sustainable funding.
What this role is about
This is not just a fundraising role, it’s about building long-term, value-driven partnerships that align corporate CSR goals with real, on-ground impact.
What you’ll be doing
* Identifying and securing CSR funding opportunities across India
* Leading end-to-end proposal development (concept notes, decks, budgets, reports)
* Building and nurturing relationships with corporates, foundations, and donors
* Representing Sky Social in meetings, events, and partner engagements
* Working closely with program teams to align funding with impact
* Tracking partnerships and ensuring strong donor engagement & reporting
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience working in CSR / fundraising (NGO, corporate, or foundation side)
* Is confident in building and managing partnerships
* Can craft compelling proposals and narratives
* Is proactive, strategic, and relationship-driven
* Is open to travel across India for partnerships and field visits
* Deeply cares about social impact and community-led change
