We are building a new AI-native engineering team that leverages Vibe Coding, a cutting-edge development workflow infused with AI agent pair programming (e.G., Claude Code, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, CodeRabbit AI, Claude Desktop).

About the Role

As a Backend Engineer, you’ll work across modern frameworks, scalable Python microservices, and collaborate with architect to co-create intelligent, high-performing digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable applications using Python-based backend (FastAPI)
• Develop and maintain microservices with scalable, event-driven architecture
• Work with AI coding agents (e.G., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor AI, CodeRabbit AI) to accelerate development, testing, and refactoring workflows
• Integrate robust APIs (REST & GraphQL) and optimize system performance using caching, database indexing, and asynchronous processing (e.G., Celery, RabbitMQ)
• Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams for containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda)
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement processes
• Work closely with data teams to support lightweight ML model integration using tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace Transformers
