Job Description

Salary range - Non negotiable

Junior <3 to 4 yrs INR 4,00,000

Mid < 4 to 9 yrs INR 5,50,000

Job Description:

• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Perform hardware installation, replacement, and basic troubleshooting
• Manage device lifecycle (allocation, tracking, refresh, decommission)
• Support OS (Windows/Mac), software installation, and patching
• Handle basic network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN, DNS/DHCP)
• Use tools like Intune/SCCM for device management
• Manage tickets and ensure SLA compliance
• Support onboarding/offboarding and user setup
• Maintain asset and support documentation
• Escalate complex issues to L3 teams

Experience:

• L1: 1–3 years
• L2: 3–5 years
