Job Overview
We are seeking a highly proactive and performance-oriented Senior E-commerce Executive with strong expertise in quick execution and hands-on experience in managing fast-paced e-commerce and quick-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should be result-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of handling time-sensitive tasks efficiently across multiple platforms.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, and execution excellence
Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing, and inventory updates across platforms
Ensure quick and error-free order processing, coordination, and timely dispatch
Manage and optimize operations on quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and similar channels
Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and implement immediate resolutions
Plan and execute campaigns, offers, and promotional activities with quick turnaround time
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, marketing) to ensure seamless operations
Track sales performance, analyze data, and take prompt action to drive growth
Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring quick response and issue resolution
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to enhance platform performance
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in e-commerce and quick-commerce operations (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.)
Strong execution skills with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic data analysis) and reporting tools
Good understanding of inventory management and order lifecycle processes
Effective communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with marketplace dashboards and seller panels
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and campaign execution
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making approach
