Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Designer specializing in casual children‘s clothing, based in Bengaluru. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative and functional children’s wear collections. Day-to-day tasks include market research, designing, selecting suitable textiles, coordinating fittings, enhancing designs with embroidery printing techniques,making techpacks and collaborating with production teams to ensure high quality and style consistency. The designer will stay updated on market trends and incorporate them into unique, creative designs tailored for the children’s fashion market.

Qualifications Strong skills in Fashion Design and a keen understanding of children’s clothing trends Knowledge and experience in Textiles and material selection Expertise in Embroidery and design detailing Experience with Fitting processes and tailoring for children Creativity, a passion for children’s fashion, and impeccable attention to detail Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site team environment Proficiency in design software is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
