Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 10+ years to lead the consolidation of multiple ServiceNow instances into a single, unified platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with instance consolidation and migration.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Instance Consolidation : Lead the consolidation of multiple ServiceNow instances into a single instance, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
2. Technical Assessment : Conduct technical assessments of existing instances, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies for consolidation.
3. Data Migration : Plan and execute root migration from multiple instances to the unified instance, ensuring root integrity and minimal root loss.
4. Process Standardization : Standardize business processes across the organization, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the unified instance.
5. Configuration and Customization : Configure and customize the unified instance to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
6. Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop and execute testing plans to ensure the unified instance meets business requirements and is free from defects.
7. Training and Documentation : Develop training materials and documentation to support end-users in the transition to the unified instance.
8. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to ensure successful consolidation and minimal disruption to business operations.
Primary : Must have experience most of the modules ITSM (Incident, Request, Problem, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge), Integrations, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portals, CSM. GRC Solid experience across Design, implement, develop and test ServiceNow based ITSM solutions Hands-on Development experience of Form Customization, Business Rule, Client Script, Script Include, UI Policies, Security Rules, workflows, flow designers and other objects of Service-Now Should have hands on experience with Integrations with third party tools Secondary : Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly Experience in creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards Experience working in an Agile, cross functional team with some testing skills Familiar with LDAP, SSO, MS Active Directory, ADFS Good to have knowledge in development of custom applications
