Job description

💻 Position: Operations Manager

📍Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Friday

📌 Experience Required: 2+ Years

🤝 Client: Co-working space


What you’ll do:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, facilities, and amenities
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and vendor teams
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and IT for seamless workflows
  • Control costs and oversee invoicing & collections
  • Deliver exceptional member experience, onboarding, and issue resolution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management (coworking/hospitality preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
  • Passion for community building and coworking culture
