Project Manager for Modular Company

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site and off-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete project lifecycle from planning to handover
• Conduct accurate site measurements and prepare project layouts
• Execute and supervise plumbing and electrical markings as per design specifications
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients
• Ensure proper implementation of drawings and BOQs on-site
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Manage material procurement and site logistics
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in interior project management
• Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
• Experience in plumbing and electrical coordination
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools
• Experience handling residential and/or commercial interior projects
• Vendor and team management experience
