Role Overview
We are hiring a Paralegal to support the legal team across corporate, contracts, litigation, and compliance work. The role combines strong research with the operational discipline that keeps legal moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review routine commercial agreements and amendments
- Manage corporate records, board minutes, and entity filings
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries
- Support litigation and dispute matters with discovery and document management
- Maintain contract repositories, signature workflows, and CLM hygiene
- Partner with attorneys on diligence, transactions, and compliance projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years as a paralegal in a firm or in-house legal team
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent education
- Strong drafting, research, and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with CLM, e-signature, and legal research platforms
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Discretion when handling confidential information
