Job descriptionRole & Responsibilities We‘re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to own marketing design end-to-end at Zenskar across the website, long-form content, brand promotions, events, sales collateral- decks, one pagers, social media, and everything in between — as we scale from 1 to 10. (work with marketers - PMM, FM, CM, GM, video designers and junior designers) This is not a UX or Product Design role.
Design systems:
Build and evolve a scalable design system across the website, brand and marketing collaterals. Create reusable templates and component libraries that let the team execute at scale Website design:
Own the end-to-end web design experience — collaborate with marketers, manage developer handoffs, and QA implementations for consistency and quality Product illustrations:
Develop illustrations, flow diagrams, and guide motion assets (GIFs/animations) that make complex product concepts consumable Visual assets: Content & SEO:
Assets that support organic content and repurposing Events:
Print-ready collateral like backdrops, brochures, standees, swag ABM:
Tailored assets for high-intent account-based campaigns. Socials and ads:
Scroll-stopping creatives built to drive clicks and conversions across different channels Sales enablement:
One-pagers, decks that help the sales team close Team and stakeholder management:
You are comfortable working with marketers on different initiatives, managing design freelancers and external developers as needed
Ideal Candidate Strong Senior Visual Designer Profile (B2B SaaS / Marketing & Brand Design) Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have minimum 5+ years of experience in Visual Design / Brand Design / Marketing Design roles (not UI/UX focused) Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS companies, preferably in startup environments (0→1 and/or 1→100 journey) with exposure to building and scaling brand/design systems Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on experience designing marketing and brand collaterals end-to-end including website assets, social media creatives, sales decks, one-pagers, event collaterals, and campaign creatives Mandatory (Skill 1): Strong expertise in typography, layout, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy with high attention to detail and strong design taste Mandatory (Skill 2): Proven ability to create high-quality brand-led creatives across digital (social, ads, SEO content) and offline (events, print, brochures, swag) channels Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have experience in end-to-end website design, including working with marketers and developers, handling handoffs, and ensuring QA for final output Mandatory (Skill 5): Ability to create product illustrations, diagrams, and visual storytelling assets (including basic motion/GIFs) to simplify complex concepts Mandatory (Skill 6): Strong experience working with cross-functional marketing teams (PMM, content, growth, brand) and managing multiple stakeholders/projects Mandatory (Tools): Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic understanding of motion tools is a plus Mandatory (Portfolio): Portfolio must showcase B2B SaaS design work, including marketing collaterals, website design, brand assets, and campaigns.
