Compensation

Full-time roles offer up to ₹3 LPA based on performance and fit.

Freshers will be onboarded through a paid internship, with a competitive stipend. High performers will be considered for full-time roles, with the possibility of early conversion.

About the Role

ANT International is a 100% EOU in the granite and memorial industry. We operate one of the largest memorial showrooms in the United States and manage a 100-acre production and distribution facility near Thamaraikulam, Coimbatore.

Our capabilities span the entire value chain, from quarrying raw blocks to advanced processing using automated sandblasting and laser etching technologies. Our portfolio includes high-profile legacies, such as memorial work associated with Michael Jackson.

We are looking for a focused and driven professional to support and scale our global operations.

What You Will Do

This is a multi-functional role with defined ownership:

• 20% Operations: Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle with high accuracy and attention to detail
• 20% AI & Automation: Use AI tools to create content and images, and automate repetitive tasks
• 20% Client Communication: Handle professional email communication with international dealers
• 20% Content Enhancement: Curate and update content for microsites and catalogs (80% execution, 20% strategy)
• 20% Coordination: Act as the link between office and production teams to ensure smooth execution.

A Typical Day

• Process and track orders with strict attention to detail
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely dispatch
• Respond to international client emails within defined timelines and follow up where required
• Execute SEO and content updates and assist with website tasks
• Use internal CRM and AI tools for content, images, and workflow efficiency

What We Are Looking For

• Strong written English for global communication
• Extreme attention to detail (as our products represent lasting legacies)
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and discipline
• Basic exposure to digital marketing or AI tools is an advantage
• Fast learner with a logical and committed mindset

Hiring Track

Freshers will begin with a 6-month paid internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to international business operations, client communication, and digital execution. High-performing candidates will transition into full-time roles, with the possibility of early conversion.

Candidates with relevant experience may be considered directly for full-time positions.
