Your salary will depend on how smart you are, how confidently you execute, and how much ownership you take — not just your experience certificate.
Who We Are Looking For
An engineer who:
• Can independently handle site execution
• Is technically strong in RCC & finishing works
• Reads structural & architectural drawings with clarity
• Understands BOQs and quantity control
• Can manage contractors & labour efficiently
• Solves problems before escalating
If you require constant supervision, this role is not for you.

We will test your site knowledge, IS code familiarity, practical understanding of RCC, and problem-solving ability.
Round 2 – Management Discussion
To understand your mindset, ownership capacity, and cultural fit.
