Who We Are Looking For
An engineer who:
• Can independently handle site execution
• Is technically strong in RCC & finishing works
• Reads structural & architectural drawings with clarity
• Understands BOQs and quantity control
• Can manage contractors & labour efficiently
• Solves problems before escalating
If you require constant supervision, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Execute work as per approved structural & architectural drawings
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing & finishing works
- Ensure quality standards are strictly followed
- Maintain site discipline & safety
2. Technical Strength (Non-Negotiable)
You must be confident in:
- RCC execution (footings, columns, slabs, beams)
- Reinforcement & shuttering checks
- Concrete quality & cube test awareness
- Brick/blockwork alignment & level checks
- Waterproofing systems
- Tile & finishing quality standards
- BOQ understanding
- Reading structural & architectural drawings
- Basic MEP coordination
If you cannot technically verify work independently on site — this role is not suitable.
3. Planning & Reporting
- Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Reports)
- Track milestones & execution targets
- Coordinate with consultants & management
- Assist in material planning and consumption tracking
4. Contractor & Labour Management
- Manage subcontractors & workforce
- Maintain productivity
- Resolve site issues quickly and professionally
- Ensure smooth daily execution flow
5. Cost Awareness & Accountability
- Understand BOQs and billing quantities
- Minimize material wastage
- Maintain quality without leakage of cost
