Roles and Responsibilities:
• End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
• Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
• Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
• Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage
• MS office
• Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
• Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
• A graduate from any discipline is preferred
• 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
• Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period
Compensation, Perks and Benefits:
- Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
- Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months (Avg 1 deal/month)
- CTC – 3 to 4.5 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only)
- 5 Day work week ○ Earn ESOPs on every deal closed
- Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets
- Upon achieving 6+ deals, you will be eligible for managing teams
