Entrepreneur Role
HBF Direct Limited is a venture studio that builds businesses and helps them grow. We partner with individuals to create structured, scalable ventures with full ecosystem support.
This is a unique role that combines a job with a business-building opportunity. You work with us while building your own venture.
We evaluate your skills, knowledge, and experience, and align you with a suitable business opportunity.
Minimum commitment is 3 years. Full-time focus is required.
Investment from your side: minimum ₹10 lakhs consider as a loan in business
HBF Direct will also support with ₹10 lakhs or same amount (structured as support/loan) and provide additional financial, operational, and team support
We follow a risk-reduction model:
If the business succeeds, both sides grow together
If it does not perform, we ensure capital protection through asset support or adjustment in other successful projects
Partnership structure: 50:50
This role is ideal for individuals who are serious about entrepreneurship, open to learning, and passionate about networking and building long-term value.
