Role & Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients across industries.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations of our gamified engagement solutions.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to drive engagement outcomes.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads, and follow up diligently.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with Operations and Creative teams to ensure smooth handoff post-sales.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, building trust and long-term relationships.
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years experience in sales, business development, or corporate client management.Strong communication and presentation skills.Confident in handling client demos and meetings independently.Target-driven, proactive, and motivated to close deals.Knowledge of corporate events, team-building, or employee engagement is a plus.Comfortable working from Mumbai office.What We Offer :
