Job Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing & Vendor Coordination Executive to efficiently manage marketing material production, vendor coordination, and payments
- Coordinate with multiple vendors for marketing material production, compare rates, and choose the best option.
- Maintain and manage all marketing materials at all Shivam Autozone locations
- Track and maintain monthly expense reports for all vendors, event expenses, and petty cash payments.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Team on vendor payment issues, GST matters, and banking transactions (cheques, NEFTs, etc.).
- Obtain necessary approvals and signatures from the Management on significant vendor bills.
- Maintain records and photos of all locations and employee engagement activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordination role or similar position.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills & Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
