Job Title: Architect
Location: Bhubaneswar
Experience: 3+ years in real estate / residential projects
We are looking for a creative and technically sound Architect to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating residential and commercial building projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop drawings in coordination with structural, MEP, and interior consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with local building bye-laws, BDA/BMC norms, and statutory approvals.
• Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to ensure proper execution as per drawings.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Prepare design revisions based on client feedback, site constraints, and cost considerations.
• Assist in material selection, specifications, and façade design.
• Support in approval submissions and liaison with local authorities, if required.
• Maintain proper documentation, drawings, and project records.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings to avoid project delays.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of residential construction detailing and execution.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and approval processes.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under timelines.
