Role Overview
The SOP Quality Executive is responsible for ensuring that approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed correctly in day-to-day operations.
This role does not create SOPs and does not implement them - instead, it acts as a process auditor and monitoring authority , verifying real-time adherence, identifying deviations, and submitting compliance reports to management.
The position plays a key role in maintaining operational discipline, accountability, and process standardization across the organisation.
