Litlabs is an early-stage growth marketing agency based in Bangalore, working with startups and B2B companies in the US. We help companies build scalable growth engines across paid media, inbound marketing, SEO, content, landing pages, automation, and demand generation.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who is a strong marketing generalist with deep execution ability across inbound marketing, paid ads, content, SEO, landing pages, CRO, and analytics.

This is not a narrow “ads manager” role. We’re looking for someone who understands how marketing systems work end-to-end — from strategy and positioning to campaign execution, creative direction, reporting, and optimization.

As a Growth Marketing Specialist at Litlabs, you’ll work across paid media, inbound marketing, demand generation, landing pages, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.

You should be comfortable working with tech companies, especially startups, SaaS, AI, and B2B businesses. You’ll work closely with our marketing and design teams to create campaigns, content, creatives, landing pages, and reports that drive measurable results.

The ideal candidate is a sharp generalist with strong fundamentals in paid ads, inbound marketing, demand generation, copywriting, analytics, and marketing automation.

• Plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns for B2B and tech companies
• Build and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns , especially for B2B lead generation
• Work on demand generation , MQL generation, funnel strategy, and campaign optimization
• Create and optimize landing pages for conversion
• Work closely with the design team to create strong ad creatives, landing page sections, and campaign assets
• Write and improve copy for ads, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, emails, and campaign messaging
• Support SEO strategy, including keyword research, content planning, on-page SEO, and AEO/GEO optimization
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns, nurture flows, and lead-generation sequences
• Use AI and automation tools to improve campaign execution, content production, workflows, and reporting
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and create clear reports for internal and client-facing use
• Understand positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, customer journeys, and marketing funnels
• Collaborate with internal teams to turn insights into campaigns that generate qualified leads

You’re a strong fit if you:

• Have worked with tech, SaaS, AI, B2B, or digital-first companies
• Understand both strategy and execution
• Can run paid campaigns but also understand messaging, creative, landing pages, and funnel quality
• Are comfortable working with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams
• Can think from first principles and not just follow platform recommendations
• Are comfortable using AI tools to move faster and improve output
• Understand how demand generation, inbound marketing, and paid media connect
• Can create clear reports and explain what is working, what is not, and what to do next
• Have strong ownership and can manage multiple growth initiatives at once

• 2–4 years of marketing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of inbound marketing and demand generation
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns
• Good understanding of SEO, content, landing pages, CRO, and analytics
• Strong copywriting ability
• Experience working with design teams to create marketing creatives
• Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

• Experience with GHL / GoHighLevel
• Experience with SaaS or AI companies
• Experience building marketing systems from scratch
• Experience managing content teams or freelancers
