Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Sales Executive based in Hyderabad. The Client Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The individual will contribute directly to business development initiatives and play a key role in achieving growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skill in connecting with US voice process.
- Proven skills in outbound cold calling sales, including meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience with Lead Generation to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable agreements for the organization and clients.
- Expertise in Account Management to oversee and nurture client engagements effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results independently.
- Background in the staffing or recruitment industry, especially in relevant sectors, is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
