Key Responsibilities: ● Sourcing & Outreach: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job boards to find "passive" candidates for open roles. ● Candidate Screening: Review resumes for key skills and conduct initial "vibe-check" phone screens to assess culture fit and basic qualifications. ● Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they have a smooth, professional, and friendly interview journey. ● Scheduling: Coordinate complex interview loops between candidates and hiring managers across various time zones. ● Employer Branding: Assist in creating content for our LinkedIn page or careers site to show the world what it’s like to work here.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
