Growth Marketer

We are hiring a Growth Marketer to own distribution for Korsola.ai.

Korsola is an AI-powered UGC and product ad generation platform built for DTC brands and performance marketers in the US market. The product is built. The unit economics work. We need one person to build the acquisition engine that takes this from zero to $200K MRR.

This is not a coordinator role. You are the person who figures out how to get DTC brand owners and performance marketers to find Korsola , try it, and pay for it at scale. You own the strategy, you own the execution, and you own the revenue number that comes from it.

What you will own

• The entire distribution strategy. You decide which channels to go after, in what order, and how to scale what works.

• Affiliate and creator program. You build it from scratch. You recruit the right people, structure the incentives, and turn it into a compounding acquisition channel.

• Community-led growth. You know where DTC brand owners and media buyers live online and you build real presence there, not spam, not noise.

• Partnerships. Shopify app ecosystem, agency partnerships, tools our customers already use. You identify the right ones and close them.

• Paid acquisition when the time is right. You know how to run and read paid campaigns, and you know when organic and affiliate have been maxed out first.

• The revenue number from new customers. Not impressions, not clicks, not signups. Paying customers.

What we need in you

Must have:

• You have grown a SaaS product or DTC brand from early traction to meaningful revenue before. Not as part of a large team, but as the person responsible for it.

• You understand the DTC and performance marketing world deeply. You know what a media buyer cares about, how they find new tools, who influences their decisions, and what makes them stay.

• You have built or scaled an affiliate or creator program before. You know what good incentive structure looks like and how to recruit people who will actually promote.

• Strong written English. You are writing for and selling to a US market. Your copy, your outreach, your content, all of it needs to land with a US DTC audience.

• You think in systems. You do not just try things you build repeatable engines. When something works, you scale it. When it does not, you cut it fast and move on.

• You are comfortable being the only person in the room responsible for growth. No team to hide behind. No senior to escalate to. You figure it out.

Bonus:

• You have grown an SaaS or Consumer product before
• You have existing relationships in the DTC, ecommerce, or performance marketing space
• You have experience with Shopify app ecosystem distribution
• You have run a creator or influencer program specifically for a DTC brand, Consumer product or SaaS tool

What you get

• ₹60,000 - ₹70,000 per month base salary
• Fully remote, IST hours with US EST overlap
• Performance bonuses tied directly to MRR milestones. The bigger the number you hit, the bigger your upside.

The Hiring Process

Round 1: Interview. We go deep on how you have grown products before, how you think about channels, and how you make decisions when things are not working.

Round 2: Paid assignment. You will be given a real brief — a target audience, a product, and a goal — and asked to write a distribution plan and a sample outreach or content piece. This is how we test whether you can actually think and write, not just talk.

Final Selection. Candidates who clear both rounds will be offered the role.
