Admin Assistant Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize files documents and correspondence Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants Govt offices etc Schedule meetings court dates and maintain calendars Assist in the preparation and formatting of relevant drafts and agreements Track deadlines for compliance filings and hearings Handle data entry photocopying scanning and document dispatches You will act as support staff in the department Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Experience Administration 1 year Required Work Location In person
