You will help research target accounts, maintain CRM hygiene, prepare account briefs, manage AI-generated draft queues, support LinkedIn and content workflows, and prepare weekly funnel reports. This is not a traditional social media internship. It is a structured marketing operations role for someone who enjoys research, writing, systems, data, and B2B enterprise sales. What You Will Do 1. ABM Research Support - Research target accounts in pharma, specialty chemicals, and process manufacturing. - Help build and maintain the Target Account List in CRM. - Prepare account briefs with company overview, manufacturing footprint, public trigger events, possible scheduling pain points, and source links. - Support buying committee mapping by identifying likely roles such as operations, supply chain, IT/digital, quality/QC, plant leadership, procurement, and finance. 2. CRM And Pipeline Hygiene - Maintain clean account, contact, lead, opportunity, activity, ABM tier, and next-action records in CRM. - Update lead source, UTM, campaign, review status, and owner fields where available. - Log manual LinkedIn touches, content engagement, and follow-up activities. - Identify duplicate, incomplete, stale, or unassigned records and route them for cleanup. 3. AI-Assisted Draft and Content Operations - Review AI-generated drafts for clarity, structure, missing sources, and obvious hallucinations. - Help maintain templates for account dossiers, buying committee maps, outreach drafts, one-pagers, LinkedIn posts, and weekly reports. - Suggest prompt or template improvements based on repeated errors or review feedback. - Ensure all external-facing content has a review status before use. 4. LinkedIn And Outreach Support - Draft LinkedIn connection notes, comment suggestions, InMail drafts, and outreach email drafts for review. - Support manual LinkedIn engagement from approved company or leadership workflows. - Track LinkedIn engagement and profile/account-level signals in the CRM or tracking sheet. What You Will Gain - Hands-on experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and B2B pre-sales operations within enterprise AI/SaaS (manufacturing vertical) - Deep exposure to high-value process manufacturing and supply-chain landscapes - Proficiency in CRM operations, data hygiene, and sales enablement (Odoo) - Advanced, real-world usage of generative AI tools in professional marketing workflows - Understanding of LinkedIn-led outbound strategies for high-ticket B2B sales - Opportunity for performance-based conversion to a full-time role Required Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Strong written English and attention to detail. - Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar systems. - Basic understanding of B2B sales, CRM workflows, lead qualification, or enterprise SaaS. - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and structured data.
