Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled and driven Backend Engineer with strong AEM experience.

In this role, you will build and improve digital platforms that people use every day. You will work with a smart team, solve real problems, and create fast, smooth user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AEM components and templates
• Create and manage OSGi services
• Develop Sling Models and HTL (Sightly) templates
• Design and connect REST APIs
• Improve system speed and performance
• Find and fix technical issues and reduce tech debt
• Work closely with team members and business teams
• Take part in Agile meetings, code reviews, and planning
• Help deliver projects faster with high-quality work

Qualifications

• 8 10+ years of backend development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Good knowledge of Java / J2EE
• Experience with Sling Models, HTL, and workflows
• Strong understanding of REST APIs
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
