About the role:

We are currently looking for a ORM & Client Servicing Executiveto join our expanding team working with brands across a wide variety of Personal skincare briefs from social media content video productionstrategyand digital assets.

What we want to see is a proventrack recordof driving multiple complex projects forward a positive and proactive nature and the ability to bring in new business supporting the Seniors onsite. You should have meticulous attention to detail understand the importance of the profitability of your projects for the agency and be able todemonstrateyourself as a safe pair of hands on the day-to-day management of clients.

What you will be doing:

• Manage and monitor brand reputation across digital platforms ensuring timely response to customer queries and feedback.
• Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) by tracking analyzing and responding to user interactions across channels.
• Develop and execute ORM strategies to enhance brand perception and proactively address customer concerns across digital touchpoints.
• Day to day contact for Beauty brands providing excellent client service and supporting the onsite U-Studio team.
• Be accountable for the brief and works with the client to ensure the team has obtained the right information required to begin work on the project.

What you need to be great in this role:

• Relevant 1yr experience working with a digital agency on personal skincare brands
• Expertise in ORM / Community Management
• 7080% ORM-driven role: focus on response management and reporting
• Strong Writing Skills: Ability to draft clear brand-aligned responses
• Social Savvy: Can support copywriting and account management when needed
• Social Listening: Experience in sentiment tracking (Social Reddit)
• Execution & Reporting: Strong on TATs trackers and weekly/monthly reporting
• Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software.
• Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilstmaintaininga top tier agency service.
• Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
• Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
