Designation - Accounts Order Management Executive Number of Vacancies - 2 Qualification - B Com with knowledge of Tally Gender Male Female Trans - Male Work Timings - 7 a m to 3 30 p m morning shift 3 30 p m to 5 30 p m office 5 30 p m to 11 p m work from home Working Days - 6 Work Location - Wadala Truck Terminal Sion Mumbai Maharashtra 400037 Experience - 1-2 years of working on tally and order management Job Duration Regular or fixed term - Regular - We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Accounts Order Management Executive to handle our daily operational and administrative tasks Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders Prepare daily load and dispatch sheets Generate and issue invoices Follow up with customers for timely payments Conduct daily and monthly stock reconciliation physical vs system count Create and distribute MIS Management Information System reports to provide sales teams with key updates Ensure statutory compliances with the guidance of the senior team Any other administrative tasks required to do from time-to-time of Vita Sales Distributor Centre Note The employee should be available and active throughout the day
