Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders in the IT industry to identify job opportunities for our learners. - Understand the specific needs and requirements of employers to effectively match them with suitable candidates from our learner pool. - Provide comprehensive support to learners throughout the job search process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job application guidance. - Organize job fairs, networking events, and workshops to connect learners with potential employers and industry professionals. - Collaborate with the training team to ensure that curriculum and training programs are aligned with industry needs and job market trends. - Maintain detailed records of learner progress, job placements, and employer feedback to continuously improve our services and outcomes. - Offer ongoing support and career advice to placed learners, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles and promoting long-term career success. Requirements: - Bachelor s degree in business, Human Resources, Education, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in career services, job placement, recruitment, or a related area, preferably within the IT or tech industry. - Strong network of contacts in the IT sector and familiarity with the current job market and employment trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire confidence in others. - Proficiency in using career services software, job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment and job placement purposes. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
