Strategy Govt Consulting Advisory Develop ICT and e-Governance strategies aligned with government objectives and citizen-centric service delivery Define digital transformation roadmaps for State Governments PSUs and Urban Local Bodies ULBs Drive large-scale technology-enabled governance initiatives ensuring efficiency transparency and accountability Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from conceptualization to execution and monitoring Provide strategic consulting to government stakeholders on ICT frameworks Smart City solutions and emerging technologies Advise on policy formulation standards and best practices for e-Governance Structure and manage PPP models for ICT projects ensuring stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation Facilitate collaboration between government agencies
