Role Summary We are looking for someone who understands both sides of the internet, building influence and driving outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing and content creation, and will shape how ZET shows up across platforms through creators and video. If you have not just run campaigns but have also been in front of the camera or built content yourself, you will feel at home here. What You Will Do - Own end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from strategy and creator identification to execution and reporting - Build and scale creator partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X - Work closely with creators to co-create content that drives both engagement and business outcomes - Manage the video pipeline to ensure projects are delivered on time - Be on camera when needed for brand content, performance ads, collaborations, or experiments - Identify and act on platform trends, formats, and emerging creator ecosystems - Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using data and clear success metrics Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer efforts with broader marketing goals What We Are Looking For - 3 to 5 years of experience in influencer and video marketing - Proven experience strategising and executing influencer campaigns, preferably in fintech or BFSI Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X, and what works on each platform - Comfortable being on camera, with a strong preference for candidates who have built their own content or social presence - Experience working with regional creators and understanding diverse audiences Strong grasp of analytics, performance tracking, and campaign measurement - Educational background in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications What Makes You a Great Fit - You think like a creator and operate like a marketer - You balance instinct for content with discipline for data - You spot trends early but focus on what actually drives results Why Join Us - Opportunity to shape the influencer and video charter for a fast-growing fintech brand - High ownership and real impact on business outcomes - A team that values sharp thinking, speed, and experimentation
