We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales & Marketing Intern based in Indore. Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales & Marketing Intern to join our client’s team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and client engagement in a real-world business environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends - Support lead generation activities through emails, and social media outreach - Assist in managing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities - Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems - Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and inquiries - Help create marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and social media content - Track and report campaign and sales performance metrics Requirements - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Strong interest in sales and marketing - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn Internship Details - Type: Paid Internship - Location: On-site (Indore) - Duration: 2–6 months (flexible based on performance and availability) - Stipend: Competitive, as per industry standards - Working Hours: Full-time (as per company schedule) - Certificate of completion and potential full-time opportunity based on performance Preferred Skills - Familiarity with tools like Canva, Excel, or basic CRM platforms - Knowledge of social media marketing or content creation - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities What You Will Gain - Practical exposure to sales and marketing operations - Opportunity to work on real-time projects and campaigns - Mentorship from experienced professionals - Skill development in communication, strategy, and execution
