About the job Do you enjoy talking to people, understanding their goals, and helping them make life-changing career decisions? If yes, this role is made for you. About the Role: As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for learners who want to upskill and grow their careers. Your job is to guide them, pitch the right program, and close enrollments. This is a pure inside sales role, no field work, or cold knocking required. You’ll be selling high-impact tech programs like Data Science, Machine Learning, and Full Stack Development to motivated learners. Key Responsibilities: - Talk to students and working professionals who have shown interest in our programs - Understand their career goals, challenges, and skill gaps - Recommend and pitch the right program confidently - Handle the complete sales cycle: first call → follow-ups → closing the deal - Build trust and long-term relationships with learners - Maintain lead details, follow-ups, and conversions on CRM (LeadSquared) - Work closely with marketing and academic teams to improve conversions - Achieve monthly sales targets and grow your earnings Our Requirement: - You have 1+ year of experience in sales (EdTech experience is a big plus) - You’re comfortable selling career-oriented or technical courses - You enjoy conversations, persuasion, and closing deals - You’re target-driven and don’t shy away from numbers - You can handle objections and turn “maybe” into “yes” - You’re familiar with CRM tools or ready to learn fast Why you'll enjoy working with us?: - High-impact role, you directly change someone’s career - Attractive CTC with high, uncapped incentives - Clear ownership of sales and revenue - Performance-based incentives - Fast learning in a growing environment - Growth opportunities into senior sales / leadership roles
