Role Details

• Title: Video Editor
• Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi (5 days in office)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Role Summary

We're hiring a Video Editor to craft and edit high-converting, viral ad creatives for platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram Reels) and you'll transform diverse input footage into fast-cut, thumb-stopping 30–60 second ads and VSLs that drive engagement and sales. This isn't traditional cinematic editing, it's storytelling built for performance and scale.

You'll thrive here if you love testing creative angles, finding new hooks, and bringing brand energy to life in seconds.

What You'll Work With (Inputs)

• Raw UGC, testimonials, content clips, B-rolls
• Explainer and talking-head videos
• Creative briefs: hooks, offers, CTAs, brand kit, performance notes

What You'll Deliver (Outputs)

• Primary edits: 9:16 (Reels/TikTok)
• Motion graphics: kinetic text, animated supers, transitions, CTA elements, Lower Third's
• Organized and versioned project files

Responsibilities

• Edit direct-response ads with rapid pacing, pattern breaks, and punchy CTAs
• Build clear narratives from diverse clips: problem agitate solve proof offer
• Design motion graphics to sharpen messages and improve retention
• Add subtitles, SFX, and memes for engagement; follow platform specs
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data

Must-Haves

• 1-3 years editing paid-social ads - portfolio required
• Strong skills in Video editing and Motion graphics
• Understanding of direct-response principles: hooks, pacing, offers, CTAs
• Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Fast turnaround: creativity, and excellent file organization
• Advanced Color Correction and Color Grading skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with AI tools (auto-captions, transcript editors)
• Interest and ability to shoot content (own equipment a plus)

Not a good fit - Long-form or brand films.
